The Clarity Companion: Anxiety
A guided journal for clarity, calm, and self-trust. Anxiety does not always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like replaying a conversation long after it ended. Staying busy because slowing down feels uncomfortable. Being the person everyone can count on while quietly wondering how long you can keep going.
Launching October 14 · $32
Maybe this feels familiar.
You look like you have it together. You are working. Achieving. Showing up. Handling what needs to be handled. And underneath all of that, your mind is still running.
This journal was created for people who recognize themselves there. The Clarity Companion helps you understand how anxiety shows up in your life, where some of your patterns may come from, and what you can practice when anxiety starts pulling you away from yourself.
You do not need perfect language for what you are experiencing. You can start by noticing.
- You replay conversations and wonder what you should have said differently.
- You imagine what could go wrong before anything has actually happened.
- You feel anxiety in your body before you have words for it.
- You struggle to slow down without feeling guilty.
- You stay busy because stillness brings too much up.
- You are used to being the strong one, the person everyone depends on.
- You grew up learning to pray through it, push through it, keep it private, or simply keep going.
- You want to understand yourself with more honesty and less judgment.
Six themes. One journey back to yourself.
Interior spreads from the journal: the six-theme arc, and the opening of Theme 01, Recognize.
More than a journal with lines.
I created The Clarity Companion after hearing the same thing again and again when I encouraged people to journal: "I don't know what to write." I understood that. A beautiful notebook can give you somewhere to write. Sometimes you need more support getting to the thing worth writing about. So I created something different.
The journal is designed so you can move at your own pace, use the tools when they are needed, and respond to the prompts that feel most relevant to you. It does not tell you who you are. It helps create enough space for you to hear yourself more clearly.
What you may begin to notice.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is greater awareness, stronger skills, and more choice in what you do next.
You do not have to complete every prompt. You do not have to move through every theme at the same pace. Some days, you may sit with one question for a while. Some days, you may use one tool and close the book. Some days, one honest sentence may be enough. What matters is that you return.
- Recognizing anxiety earlier, and understanding how it shows up in your body.
- Noticing patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, and where they come from.
- Questioning thoughts you once accepted automatically.
- Responding to anxious moments with more intention.
- Building practices that help you return to yourself.
- Clearer language for what you are feeling, and evidence of your own growth.
- A stronger relationship with your own judgment and self-trust.
From Dr. Vance.
I do not believe you need another person telling you who you are. You have been living inside your own experience your entire life. Sometimes you need language for what you are feeling. Sometimes you need a question that slows you down. Sometimes you need a tool you can reach for when your mind starts running. And sometimes you need enough space to hear yourself again. That is what I wanted this companion to offer.
I will guide you through these pages. I will share what I know, some of what I have lived, and the practices I have learned along the way. Your answers are still yours. Your choices are still yours. Your life is still yours. My hope is that by the time you close this journal, you trust that a little more.
With clarity,
Dr. Vance
