01 — Three Pathways

Where would you like to begin?

02 — The ClearMinds Method

Four movements. One discipline.

Every engagement — a therapy session, a coaching arc, an advisory project — moves through the same discipline.

01

Seeing

Naming what is real in the person, team, relationship, or system.

02

Feeling

Making room for emotional data without being ruled by it.

03

Aligning

Bringing values, choices, roles, and strategy into coherence.

04

Moving

Taking grounded action that can be practiced, measured, and sustained.

03 — For Leaders & Organizations

The work most organizations are avoiding is the work that would change them.

ClearMinds Advisory helps founders, executives, and mission-driven teams navigate growth, culture, change, and human-centered AI adoption — with psychological depth instead of performance theater.

Advisory is not psychotherapy. It is structured, strategic, and built for decisions that carry weight.

Dr. Thomas A. Vance

His work moves across therapy, leadership advisory, research, and product design with one through line: helping people stop outsourcing their clarity.

Service Boundaries

Distinct services, kept distinct on purpose.

Therapy, coaching, advisory, and Studio products are separate pathways. Coaching and advisory are not psychotherapy, do not involve diagnosis or treatment, and are not billed to insurance. Psychotherapy is available via telehealth to adults physically located in Georgia or New York at the time of session. Studio tools support reflection and practice — they are not a substitute for mental-health care.

05 — Insights

Writing on clarity, culture, leadership, and the inner life.
