Personal Coaching · Non-Clinical

Coaching for the decisions, transitions, and patterns asking for your attention.

Open-ended, non-clinical coaching for adults seeking greater clarity, accountability, and values-aligned action. Coaching is structured, reflective, and practical. It is not psychotherapy.

Who Coaching Is For

A structured thinking partner.

  • Adults navigating decisions, transitions, identity shifts, career questions, relationships, or personal growth.
  • Professionals and founders who want a structured thinking partner.
  • People who want goals, reflection, action planning, and accountability without entering psychotherapy.
The Coaching Path

From first hello to forward motion.

Coaching is not clinical. There are no diagnoses and no assessments, just a clear path from where you are to where you want to go.

01

A complimentary consultation. A short, no-pressure call to talk through what you are navigating and what you want to move toward, and to confirm that coaching, not therapy, is the right fit.

02

Getting clear on goals. Our early work names what matters most and defines the goals worth your energy. No assessments and no diagnosis, just clarity on where you are and where you want to go.

03

The work, GROW-informed. We move through Goal, Reality, Options, and Way Forward, using worksheets, reflective prompts, and action plans when useful, with accountability between sessions.

04

Ongoing review. Coaching is open-ended, with periodic check-ins on your goals, progress, and fit, adjusting as your priorities shift. We set the pace together.
